Artistic Director Kim Dinsmoor has enjoyed the privilege of dancing and teaching professionally throughout the greater Seattle area. She has been a member of Pacific Northwest Ballet, Olympic Ballet Theater and Ballet Petit now known as Ballet Bellevue. Her Philosophy includes teaching excellent body mechanics for dancer safety, that music and movement is vital to children's development and that the love of teaching is paramount to the success of the school and the children's training.

Other Faculty members include Jo Ellen McNeal, Meghan Sanford, Christin Torp and Dean Speer who are professional dancers and teachers with expertise in their field.

Long time class accompanist Randall Plut has collaborated works for Seattle Civic Dance Theatre and conducts the Concerts with various musicians from the Seattle area.
